Scottsdale Car title loans in Arizona

Monday, November 3rd, 2008

I didn’t exactly expect this to happen when I graduated from ASU: my gas service was cut and my old microwave died and I refuse to only fry things on a George Foreman grill.  And this year it is my turn to make Thanksgiving dinner for some friends and my uncle.

But I’m a creative fixer: I just learned that your a car can be collateral on a loan.

This year, 2008, hasn’t been my best.  I lost my job in March and was unemployed until last month.  During those months without work the bills piled up, went unpaid and I got bad credit.  Then brake replacements on my car set me back another $450, which I had to borrow from a friend in Tempe.

I hit a low point when my gas was shut off in late summer. They asked for a $190 security deposit to get it restored.  That simply wasn’t possible.  So with no money, what did I do?  I went shopping. I found a combo convection oven-microwave at the Walmart out by the airport on Northsight Boulevard.  It was about $200. If I bought it it would solve two problems (oven and microwave) because you can cook most foods in them, it just takes a little study.  You can even roast a turkey, grill fish and make steaks or chops in them.

But I couldn’t figure out where I’d get the $200 for the new microwave in time for Thanksgiving.  I went on the Internet and searched for “Holiday loans” and “very fast cash,” then I found Car Title Loans in Scottsdale. They said my Ford truck (paid off about 24 months ago) could get me a loan for the $200 plus the $450 I owe my friend.  The online application was easier than getting a discount shopper card at Safeway. It took about 20 minutes to complete. The $650 was in my bank account in 18 hours and I bought the oven that afternoon. The first night I made a delicious hamburger-broccoli dish with garlic – such an improvement over the Seven Eleven burritos I’d eaten the entire previous week.

Car title loans are great when you think you have no other options or simply are in a hurry.  Now I can have friends over for Thanksgiving dinner.  I might even surprise everyone with mashed potatoes from scratch.

Family holiday possible with Car Title Loans in Scottsdale

Thursday, October 30th, 2008

My mother moved away from Scottsdale ten years ago, to New Hampshire.  It was for a man, my stepfather, just three years after our father died.  I don’t like her new husband, but that was her decision.  Generally, I don’t visit her unless she pays for the airfare.  Well, they’ve had health and money problems this year and I feel obligated to go and spend time with them at Christmas. So it will have to be on my dime.

But when I went online to look at airfares, it would take an awful lot of dimes. Fares are coming in at $600, depending on which day I travel. The only thing I could sell to get that kind of money would be my car.  I need it for work, so I couldn’t do that.

But that got the wheels turning in my head.  I went online after passing an auto title loan company on Main Street in Mesa, and found out my seven year old Nissan qualified for a loan of about $800. I have bad credit, but they don’t care about that — your car is your collateral. I went with Car Title Loans in Scottsdale because their online application is very simple. I was able to get fast cash which turned out to be very important.

I bought that ticket with my debit card ASAP.  The airfares went up $120 three days after I bought that flight.

Cutting gas costs with Car Title Loans in Scottsdale

Wednesday, October 29th, 2008

You would think as a golf pro I would be in great shape.  I am now, but six months ago I was carrying around 30 extra pounds.  The problem was I work at three courses in Scottsdale (Orange Tree, Starfire and Kierland).  Being in a car so much between these had me sitting a lot more than walking.

But with the sky-high costs of gas this year, I studied ways of biking.  Yes, it’s possible in Scottsdale.

But bikes don’t come cheap these days.  I had my eyes on a $1200 Bianchi. But because I had declared bankruptcy in 2007 I had bad credit, no credit cards and no spare cash.

I figured with this investment in a bike, I would reduce my car gas costs. So I went on the Internet I searched for “fast cash” and “bankruptcy loans” and “fast auto title loans.”  That’s how I found Car Title Loans in Scottsdale.  I filled out the online application, where I discovered even my Saturn Ion was worth an $1800 loan.  By the next day I bought a bike and was out cycling the day after that. Now, six months later, I am 22 pounds lighter and I’ve saved more than $400 in gas.

Despite my financial status, I found a way to invest in something that’s as good for my health as my wallet.

My bad credit was good at Car Title Loans in Scottsdale

Monday, October 27th, 2008

There’s a lot to worry about in this world: global warming and drought in the southwest, rising energy bills, and money in general.  Well, I think I just tackled all three with a car title loan.

Seriously, I did.  It all started with my old water heater.  Due to die any minute. As an aware, sustainability minded type, I of course wanted to replace it with a tankless, on-demand water heater. They consume a third less energy and 6 gallons of water are saved per day (you don’t run it as long to get the hot temperature).  It would save a lot over the long haul, environmentwise and moneywise.

I also, by serendipity, found a way to save in the short run as well.  A store in Chantilly has tankless models at a 15-20% discount off the full price.  They run $800-$1400, depending on capacity, plus delivery and installation for another $250 or so.  Here’s the best part: buy one in 2009 to qualify for a $300 credit on your federal taxes (new next year). This store takes your order now with a $400 down payment to secure the discount, then you pay the balance on delivery in January.

In other words, if I had the money now to buy something I will have to buy anyway, very soon, I’ll save about $500 upfront.  All I had to do was find $400 now, and another $300 or $400 later. The problem is I’m unemployed, behind in my bills and have bad credit. So I searched online for “fast cash” and “bad credit loans,” and found Car Title Loans in Scottsdale.  To get the $800 I needed, I used my wheels (a 2004 Mini Cooper) for collateral. This loan is made for me: bad credit doesn’t matter. I completed the online application and got instant approval since there are no credit checks. I got the cash in one day.  Doing it all online let me avoid the title loans stores in Phoenix.

Loans against car title can be a smart option when looking for fast cash.  As water becomes more scarce and fuel prices higher, I’ll be even more happy I did what I did.

All the way to Cleveland with Car Title Loans in Scottsdale

Friday, October 24th, 2008

Crap happens.  I lost my job, had bad credit, bills were piling up.  Then my brother was in an accident, hospitalized in Cleveland and no one to take care of his dog.  We are each other’s only family.

My old VW couldn’t go all that way. But airlines were quoting me over $600 for last minute bookings. With bad credit I didn’t know if I had options.

Giving it a Hail Mary, I just searched on Google for Fast Cash. Car Title Loans in Scottsdale was on the first page.  Who knew?  But these weren’t the stores you see on Camelback Road or downtown Phoenix.  It’s all virtual, no crappy bulletproof glass window stores to stand in line at. The car title company said my VW was good for up to a $1200 loan.

I needed about $800 for the flight and car rental in Cleveland.  The online application was simple, and was approved in five minutes.  My bank account received the cash by EFT in one day. In 48 hours I was in Ohio taking care of my bro and his hound.

A guy’s gotta do what a guy’s gotta do.  I might even move to Cleveland for a while as my brother recuperates.  Loans with a car title are what saved us.

Old car improves kitchen with Car Title Loans in Scottsdale

Thursday, October 23rd, 2008

My economics in America is good for many years.  But lately with the slows down, we have some problems.

Our restaurant have good business for many years but bad high costs from food and energy.  The gas cost too much!  Then we learn we have bad credit and the refrigerator is sick and needs to be replace.  The cheapest through restaurant supply company is $3000.

But old restaurant in Buckeye is closing, so I offer him $800.  He say, no, $1200.  I say no, $1000.  He agree and we both laugh.

But still, where to find fast cash $1000?  Business is very very slow in summer.

So back to the Internet, I learn I could get loan in Car Title Loans in Scottsdale. They offer me $4000 for ownership title on my SUV, but all I needed was $1000.  Deal!

We like the  auto title loan store because it no hassle like bank.  No paperwork, all done in online application in 20 minutes.  Now we spend less on electricity in restaurant too.  Fast auto title loans are good for small business like mine.
